Chairman Lin currently also serves as the Chairman of CTH Milling. CTH Milling has long since established its great reputation in Taiwan’s catering industry with trustworthy brands such as ChiaHe Flour. The products of CTH Milling are widely celebrated and used by major brands such as Ding Tai Fung, Jiu Zhen Nan Taiwan Pastry, Mr. Mark, Sunmerry, Sanxiecheng, and many more. This move seeks to employ Chairman Lin’s abundant experience and ability to accelerate both CTH Milling and LHMC in breaking new grounds in the industry.
The Shareholders Meeting of Lien Hwa Milling Corp (hereinafter LHMC) was held on September 1, 2021. In the interest of strengthening our milling business and overall competitive advantage, the Board moved to name Chiao Thai Hsing (hereinafter CTH Milling)’s Ming-Jia Lin as the new Chairman of the Board via election.
In addition, CTH Milling and LHMC have also entered a formal strategic alliance in August. This move seeks to synergize both business bodies and its resources to strengthen the overall production efficiency and economies of scale, which will in turn improve the safety of our products, market share of our businesses and prowess of our R&D capabilities. This move aligns with our goal of deepening the roots of our businesses into Taiwan’s flour industry and shall propel our competitive advantage into a new era.
